Information used for your order
Saku Rush uses the name, email address, phone number, delivery address, selected items and order history you provide to review, fulfill and support your purchase. Payment references and any evidence you choose to share help us verify payments and resolve queries. We do not collect card details or internet banking credentials on this website.
WhatsApp and other providers
With your permission, we use WhatsApp to send payment instructions and order-related messages. WhatsApp/Meta processes messages under its own policies. This permission does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact contact@sakurush.com to stop WhatsApp messages or discuss another contact method.
We share relevant information with delivery partners, banks and the hosting or storage providers needed to operate the shop. Email delivery services may receive your address and order message when email notifications are enabled. We do not sell customer data. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or needed to investigate fraud.
Storage on your device
Your browser stores your bag and last private order link so you can return to them. Session storage supports shop navigation and checkout recovery. Clearing browser data removes these saved details. Keep private tracking links confidential, especially on shared devices. This store currently has no advertising trackers or marketing analytics installed.
Keeping information safe
Order and payment evidence access is restricted, but no system can promise absolute security. We retain information needed for fulfillment, accounting, disputes and applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for those purposes. We do not promise an automatic deletion period.
Contact and updates
Send privacy requests to contact@sakurush.com. We may ask for information needed to verify the request without asking for banking passwords, UPI PINs or OTPs. Changes to this notice will be dated here.
Hosting and storage
This website runs on Cloudflare Workers. Order data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and uploaded files in Cloudflare R2.
