Something wrong with your order?
Contact contact@sakurush.com or WhatsApp +91 81715 12363 within 7 calendar days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its listing. For visible damage, please contact us within 48 hours if possible. That request helps us investigate and does not remove your rights if a problem is discovered later.
What to send
Share your order reference, a short explanation and clear photos where possible. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. An unboxing video is helpful if you have one, but is not required. Do not post an item back until we confirm the return address and arrangements.
Returns and replacements
We will arrange a suitable replacement or refund for a confirmed problem. We cover reasonable return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Keep unused items complete and securely packed. A faulty item can still be reported after opening or starting assembly.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not offered. Cutting, folding, gluing, use or accidental damage after delivery does not qualify by itself; this does not exclude a fault in the supplied item. Please check the Ready Made or DIY Kits label before ordering.
Cancellations
Contact us before dispatch to cancel for a full refund of any verified payment. After dispatch, the return terms above apply. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any amount received. An unpaid order requires no refund.
Refund timing
We aim to initiate an approved refund within 5–7 business days after approval and, where needed, receipt and inspection of the returned item. We confirm the outcome and reason with you. Refunds go back to the original payer using the original payment route where possible; bank processing may add time. We never charge a refund release fee or ask for a UPI PIN or OTP.
