Shopping with Saku Rush
These terms cover browsing and ordering from Saku Rush. Read them with our shipping, returns and privacy policies. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Purchases should be made by an adult or with an adult's supervision.
Products and prices
Prices are in Indian rupees. Review the item, quantity, format and final total before submitting. Ready Made products arrive assembled; DIY Kits require assembly. Finished models in kit photographs illustrate what you can make. Paper folds, colour and screen display can vary slightly; this does not excuse a materially different or defective item. Future price changes do not change a confirmed order's agreed price.
Order review and payment
No money is collected on this website. An order submission is a request for review, not payment confirmation. With your permission, our team sends payment details from +91 81715 12363 on WhatsApp. Confirmation follows independent verification of the bank credit. A screenshot or bank reference alone is not confirmation.
The review period is shown at checkout; the team communicates a payment deadline. Do not pay after it expires without contacting us to recheck availability. If a price or availability error affects an unconfirmed order, we explain the issue before asking you to accept a revised order or cancellation. We refund verified payments for orders we cannot fulfill.
Delivery and after-sales help
Estimated delivery is within 8–10 days after payment verification and confirmation. Read the shipping and returns policies for tracking, cancellations, problems and refunds. Save your private order link and contact us with your order reference for assistance.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with the site, submit fraudulent orders or attempt to access another customer's information. Respect rights in website photos, artwork, templates and third-party names. A purchase does not transfer copyright or permission to reproduce a design commercially.
Questions and applicable law
Contact contact@sakurush.com or +91 81715 12363. Indian law applies, including consumer protections that these terms cannot exclude. Updates will be dated here; the terms agreed for a confirmed order continue to apply to that order.
