Where we deliver
We deliver within India. Standard shipping is currently free, with no minimum order value. Any delivery restriction will be checked before we request payment. International delivery is not available.
Delivery estimate
Estimated delivery within 8–10 days. This estimate starts after payment has been verified and the order confirmed. Weekends, holidays, remote locations and courier disruption can affect arrival. If there is a significant delay, contact us so we can check the shipment and discuss the next step.
Payment and tracking
Placing an order does not collect money. Our team reviews it and sends payment instructions on WhatsApp with your permission. Preparation begins after payment verification. Your private order link shows payment and fulfillment progress; courier details appear when our team records dispatch.
Addresses and missed deliveries
Check your address, mobile number and PIN code before submitting. Contact us promptly to request a correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel cannot be delivered, we will discuss re-delivery or cancellation with you before making arrangements.
